How and when your order reaches you

How long does it take to ship my order?
We process and dispatch all orders within 5 business days of payment confirmation. Each item undergoes our rigorous authentication and protective packaging process before leaving our facility — we don't cut corners on quality. Tip: Need it faster, or want to wait and combine with another order? Just leave a note in the customer notes field at checkout.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use a hybrid system combining EMS (Japan Post) and FedEx/DHL, automatically selected based on order value, weight, and destination to optimize speed, safety, and cost. Want a specific carrier? Leave a note in the customer notes field at checkout — we'll do our best to accommodate your preference.
How long until my order arrives?
Worldwide delivery typically takes 5–10 business days from dispatch. FedEx and DHL shipments are usually on the faster end of that range, while EMS is generally on the slower end.

Delivery times can vary depending on customs processing in your country, weather, and seasonal volume. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.
What does shipping cost?
For card-only orders (PSA 10 singles, Promos, etc.):
  • Standard shipping: $25
  • FREE shipping on orders over $350
For orders containing Sealed Boxes or oversized items:
  • An additional $30 is added (total $55)
  • FREE shipping on orders over $650
Why the difference? Sealed Boxes are large and heavy, requiring premium packaging and higher shipping rates to ensure they arrive in factory-sealed condition.
How will I receive my tracking number?
As soon as your order ships, our system automatically sends your tracking number by email. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
Can I check on my order before it ships?
Absolutely. While our automated system sends notifications at dispatch, you can contact us anytime for an update on order status, packing progress, or expected ship date. We'll respond within 24 hours.
What if I made a mistake on my address?
Contact us as soon as possible — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the shipping address. Include your order number and the corrected address in your message.
Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?
Yes. Mention it in the customer notes at checkout, or contact us before any of the orders have shipped. Combining orders typically saves on shipping costs for you.

Customs & Duties

What to expect when your package arrives

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Yes, in most cases. We ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees imposed by your country are your responsibility as the buyer.

These charges are not included in your order total at checkout. They will be billed to you directly by the courier or your local customs authority when your package arrives.
How are customs declarations handled?
All international shipments are declared at their actual purchase value. We do not undervalue or mark items as "gifts" — we believe in honest, transparent customs declarations to protect both our customers and our business. Why this matters: Accurate declarations prevent customs delays, ensure your shipping insurance remains valid, and keep both parties compliant with international trade laws.
How much will customs cost in my country?
Customs charges vary widely by country, product category, and order value. Here's a general overview of major markets:
  • USA: Duties may apply depending on order value and current trade regulations. State sales tax may also be collected separately.
  • EU countries: VAT (17–27% depending on country) plus customs duties on orders over €150. Couriers typically add a handling fee of €10–30.
  • UK: 20% VAT plus customs duties on orders over £135. Handling fees apply.
  • Canada: GST/HST (5–15% depending on province) plus customs duties on orders over CAD $150.
  • Australia: 10% GST on all imports; customs duties on orders over AUD $1,000.
Important: Customs rules change frequently. For the most accurate, up-to-date information for your specific situation, please contact your local customs authority before ordering.
What if customs charges are higher than expected?
Customs duties are determined entirely by your country's customs authority — we have no control over them. If you have questions about a specific charge or believe there's been an error, please contact your local customs office directly. They're the only ones who can review or adjust these charges.
What happens if I refuse to pay customs charges?
If you refuse the package or fail to pay required customs charges, the courier will return the shipment to us. We can re-ship the package once it arrives back in Japan, but you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Authenticity & Quality

How we guarantee 100% authentic Japanese TCG products

How do you guarantee that products are authentic?
We source through two strictly controlled channels:
  • Licensed Japanese distributors — direct relationships with authorized wholesalers (Bandai, The Pokémon Company, Konami partners, etc.).
  • Customer mail-in buybacks — we only purchase items that pass our in-house authentication process.
We never source from grey markets, online marketplaces, or unverified sellers. Counterfeits and resealed items have zero chance of entering our inventory. Zero tolerance: If we identify counterfeit items during authentication, we report them to the Japanese police. We take this seriously.
Are PSA-graded slabs ever opened or tampered with?
Never. All PSA-graded cards ship in their original, unopened PSA slab. We never break, modify, or tamper with the slab in any way. The card itself is never touched after PSA grading.
Can I verify the PSA certification number?
We verify every PSA cert number against the official PSA database during our intake process. Cert numbers are not published on product pages by default, but if you'd like to verify your specific card, just ask — we'll share the cert number with you when your order ships, allowing you to verify it on PSA's official site.
Are your Sealed Boxes really factory sealed?
100% yes. Every booster box ships with its original factory shrink wrap, untouched, never resealed, never tampered with. Shrink-wrap condition is verified at intake, and we never break the seal for any reason.
What if a Sealed Box has minor cosmetic damage?
For modern releases, we sell only boxes in 100% perfect cosmetic condition.

For vintage products (20+ years old), minor wear from age is expected and normal. This is industry standard for vintage Sealed Boxes — pristine vintage condition is extremely rare.
What is your authenticity guarantee?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on authenticity. In the unlikely event you receive an item we cannot verify as authentic, we will refund the full amount — including the product price, shipping costs, and any customs duties paid. Important: To process an authenticity claim, we require an uncut, continuous video showing the package being opened from the original sealed shipping box through to the unboxing of the product. This protects both buyers and sellers from claim fraud.
How are PSA 10 cards packaged for shipping?
Every PSA 10 ships with multi-layer protection:
  • Sleeve and toploader for the slab
  • Tip-over resistant vinyl wrap
  • Cushioned packaging with cardboard reinforcement
  • Anti-impact corner protection inside the shipping box
We treat every card as if it were a museum piece — because to our customers, it is.

Returns & Cancellation

Our policy on order changes and returns

Do you accept returns?
Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an item ships, we cannot accept returns.

The only exceptions are:
  • Items damaged in transit (covered by shipping insurance)
  • Items shipped in error (our mistake)
  • Authenticity issues (covered by our 100% money-back guarantee — see Authenticity section)
