  Where we ship

  We ship to over 50 countries via tracked services such as Japan Post (EMS), FedEx, and DHL. All orders are dispatched from our headquarters in Japan.

  Processing & delivery time

  Orders are dispatched within 5 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and the carrier. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

  Customs, duties & import taxes

  Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping. We ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, which means these charges are determined by your local customs authority and are collected upon or after delivery.
