Shipping

We charge a flat $10 shipping fee on all orders worldwide. Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping. This applies to every item, including single cards, sealed boxes, and oversized items — there are no size or weight surcharges. Sealed boxes and oversized items ship at the same $10 flat rate. We absorb the difference in carrier cost.

Where we ship

We ship to over 50 countries via tracked services — FedEx and Japan Post. All orders are dispatched from our headquarters in Japan.

Processing & delivery time

Orders are dispatched within 5 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and the carrier. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Customs, duties & import taxes

Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are handled differently depending on the destination. United States: import duties are covered by us — nothing extra to pay on delivery. European Union: we ship with a statement on origin under the Japan–EU Economic Partnership Agreement, which removes the ordinary customs tariff; a small EU flat-rate customs charge may still apply. Import VAT is charged by your local customs and is your responsibility. All other countries: import duties, VAT, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping and are the responsibility of the recipient, collected by the courier on or after delivery. Charges vary by country.
