Shipping policy

  We charge a flat $10 shipping fee on all orders worldwide. Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping. This applies to every item, including single cards, sealed boxes, and oversized items — there are no size or weight surcharges.

  Where we ship

  We ship to over 50 countries via tracked services such as Japan Post (EMS), FedEx, and DHL. All orders are dispatched from our headquarters in Japan.

  Processing & delivery time

  Orders are dispatched within 5 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and the carrier. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

  Customs, duties & import taxes

  Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping. We ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, which means these charges are determined by your local customs authority and are collected upon or after delivery. Charges vary by country — please check with your local customs office for details.
