• Shipping

  We charge a flat $10 shipping fee on all orders worldwide. Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping. This applies to every item, including single cards, sealed boxes, and oversized items — there are no size or weight surcharges.

  Where we ship

  We ship to over 50 countries via tracked services — FedEx and Japan Post. All orders are dispatched from our headquarters in Japan.

  Processing & delivery time

  Orders are dispatched within 5 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and the carrier. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

  Customs, duties & import taxes

  Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are handled differently depending on the destination. United States: import duties are covered by us — nothing extra to pay on delivery. European Union: orders ship with a certificate of origin, so no customs duty applies; import VAT may be charged by your local customs and is the responsibility of the recipient. All other countries: import duties, VAT, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping and are the responsibility of the recipient, collected by the courier on or after delivery. Charges vary by country.

配送先

FedExおよび日本郵便の追跡可能な配送サービスを通じて、50カ国以上へ発送しています。すべての注文は、日本にある当社本社から発送されます。

処理・配送期間

ご注文は5営業日以内に発送されます。配送には、配送先や運送会社によりますが、通常発送後5〜10営業日かかります。ご注文の商品が発送され次第、追跡情報をお知らせいたします。

通関、関税、輸入税

輸入関税・VAT・通関手数料の扱いは、配送先によって異なります。アメリカ: 輸入関税は当社が負担します（配達時の追加費用はありません）。EU: 原産地証明書を添付して発送するため関税はかかりませんが、輸入VATは現地税関で課される場合があり、受取人のご負担となります。その他の国: 輸入関税・VAT・通関手数料は商品価格・送料に含まれず、受取人のご負担となり、配達時または配達後に運送会社が徴収します。金額は国によって異なります。
